The Terms govern access to and use of Razorpay services, including:

• Other products and services offered by Razorpay and its Affiliates

The services may be provided through:

• Website
• Mobile Applications
• APIs
• Software
• Social Media
• Other Platforms

The services are intended for use in India.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform or using Razorpay services, you agree to:

• Razorpay Privacy Policy
• Any other applicable policies

If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

Razorpay may modify these Terms at any time by publishing updated versions on its website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

User License to Razorpay

Users grant Razorpay a:

• Irrevocable

to use uploaded materials including:

• Data
• Logos
• Content
• Customer information
• Trademarks

for:

• Operating services
• Improving services
• Marketing
• Analytics
• Business operations

Aggregated and anonymized analytical results remain Razorpay property.

2. USAGE OF WEBSITE AND SERVICES

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering contracts
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Users are responsible for all activities performed using their account.

Users agree to provide:

• True information
• Accurate information
• Current information
• Complete information

at all times.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to Razorpay.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have:

PART VI: MAGIC CHECKOUT

Magic Checkout allows customers registered with Razorpay to:

• Save personal information
• Use saved information for future purchases
• Complete purchases more quickly

Razorpay may collect:

• Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Address

for:

• Verification
• Payment processing
• Fraud detection
• Customer support
• Marketing
• Service improvement

Merchants must obtain all legally required customer consent before sharing customer data with Razorpay.

RTO PROTECTION

Merchants using Magic Checkout may receive reimbursement for Return-To-Origin (RTO) shipping costs if:

• Magic Intelligence was enabled
• The system failed to identify the risky order
• The order was not prepaid

Claims require:

• Supporting invoices
• Supporting shipping documents

Reimbursements are processed after Razorpay validation.

PART VII: OFFLINE AGGREGATION SERVICES AND DEVICES

Services

Razorpay POS provides:

• Offline payment collection
• Payment aggregation
• POS devices
• UPI payments
• Card payment acceptance

Settlement generally occurs:

• As agreed
• Or within 2 bank working days

Razorpay reserves the right to impose transaction limits.

Razorpay POS Features

Razorpay POS may provide:

• American Express (subject to approval)

Mobile Application

Provides access to Razorpay POS services.

Merchant Portal

Allows:

• Transaction tracking
• Downloadable reports
• Record management

Affordability Services

Includes:

• Credit Card EMI
• Debit Card EMI
• Brand EMI
• NBFC EMI
• BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later)
• Cashback Offers
• Instant Discounts

Settlement Timelines:

Digital Invoicing Services

Razorpay may provide digital invoicing functionality.

Features include:

• Digital invoice storage
• Invoice sharing
• Customer invoice access
• Merchant invoice management

Merchants must:

• Provide accurate information
• Obtain customer consent
• Protect account credentials

Razorpay may:

• Modify features
• Suspend access
• Terminate services for misuse or fraud

Digital invoicing may be provided through Razorpay affiliates such as BillMe.

Device Usage Rules

Merchants must:

• Use devices only for legitimate business
• Maintain devices properly
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Not resell devices
• Not modify device software

For rental devices:

• Razorpay retains ownership
• Devices must be returned after termination

Damage caused by misuse may be charged to the merchant.

Fees and Payments

Merchant fees are charged according to subscribed pricing plans.

Fees may include:

• Service Charges
• Device Rental Charges
• Applicable Taxes

If payment is delayed, Razorpay may:

• Charge 15% annual interest
• Suspend services
• Deduct dues from settlements
